S.T.E.M.

This term, the J1 and J2 students, led by Mrs. Guthrie (who teaches Science to those year groups), continued to explore the dynamics of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM). St. Gabriel’s was pleased to collaborate with Dr. Mechelle Gittens and Dr. Curtis Gittens (parents of Tiiu in J1S and Liisi in Rec. S), as they gave of their time and expertise, introducing the children to the world of ‘Programming’. The students’ minds were ignited with curiosity as they were carefully coached in the steps of ‘CODING’, sparking creativity and critical thinking.
We would like to heartily thank both Dr. Mechelle Gittens and Dr. Curtis Gittens, for ensuring that St. Gabriel’s continues its Educational Programme in combining Science and Information Technology
